In this passage you can appreciate different ecological zones: plains highlands, small house groups, amazing views of the snow-covered Salkantay, Humantay and Soray. The coldness of this place is really felt.
Second Day :
Soraypampa – Challway

07:00 walk from Soraypampa to Huayracmachay, 4.5 hours approximately
10:00 snack on the way
12:00 lunch in Huayracmachay
13:00 walk from Huayracmachay to Challway, 3.5 hours apporximately
17:00 campsite

In this passage you walk across the mountainside of the majestic Apu Salkantay. After this, you continue in a progressive form the jungle region of Cusco, where we appreciate exotic plants, in addition the climate begins to be tropical.
Third Day :
Challway – Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village)

05:00 walk from Challway to Playa Sahuayaco, 6 hours approximately
11:00 local bus from Playa to Santa Teresa, 1 hour approximately
12:00 walk from Santa Teresa to Qolpani, 30 minutes approximately
12:50 local bus from Qolpani to Hidroeléctrica, 30 minutes approximately
13:30 lunch in Hidroeléctrica
15:45 local train from Hidroeléctrica to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village)
16:45 accommodation in hostel with private bath and hot water
19:00 dinner
Fourth Day :
Aguas Calientes – Cusco
04:30 breakfast
05:00 walk up to MachuPicchu
07:00 Guided visit in Machu Pichu for 2 hours with the official guide, after this free time in the ruins,
recommendable to walk up to the hill Huayna Picchu, to visit the Temple of the Moon, the Inca
Bridge and/or the Intipunko.. Walk down to Aguas Calientes. Time in agreement with the guide.
15:50 by train: Aguas Calientes - Ollantaytambo, by bus: Ollantaytambo – Cusco, arrival at Cusco
